Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the EU Delegation in Tirana organised the conference celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Jean-Monnet  programme, which promotes excellence in teaching and research in the field of European Union studies worldwide. EU Ambassador, Luigi Soreca, and Acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj delivered speeches at this event.
