The Helix trio was founded in the Czech Republic in 2016 as a non-traditional music ensemble, based on a long-term pedagogical and artistic cooperation. They will perform for Europe Week 2020 on Thursday 7 May at 20:00.
The helix (spiral) is a metaphor that reflects the concept of the Helix Trio’s concerts and the overall artistic focus of the ensemble. Composed of Tereza Horáková in violin, Ondřej Štochl in viol and Egli Prifti in piano, this ensemble will perform works by Czech composers and others.
