EU Goes Back to School events were organised simultaneously in four locations:
• “Koto Hoxhi” High School, Gjirokastra,
• “Arbëria” High School, Bulqiza,
• “16 Shtatori” High School, Shijak, and
• “Sabah Sinani” High School, Puka.
Events created an opportunity for the local high school students to participate in a dialogue with representatives of the EU Delegation, EU Member States and Civil Society Organisations on Albania’s integration into the EU. A special emphasis was given to discussing the inclusion of young people in the EU integration process.
This series of discussions is organised in cooperation with EU Member States Embassies and the EU-funded project “Municipalities for Europe”. Events in local communities continue to show us that residents of smaller municipalities are eager to participate in events happening in their towns.
