EU Ambassador Luigi Soreca and Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs Gent Cakaj opened officially Europe Week 2019 with the inauguration of the new premises of Europe House in Tirana and the opening of the exhibition of the top 10 photos from the Photo Competition “The EU, Albania and me.”
Media were invited to attend the press conference where they were briefed about the Europe Week programme and the facilities provided by the new location of Europe House. EU Ambassador Soreca presented the results of the public perception survey on the EU.
Additionally, media representatives and other guests for EUD, EU Member States and EU projects had the opportunity to make a tour of the new premises. Official programme was followed by an interview of EU Ambassador Soreca with the Deutsche Welle at the interview corner of Europe House.
